Ultravision in San Antonio is looking for an experienced Ophthalmologist FT fellowship trained glaucoma specialist capable of independent decision making within own sub specialty is a must with emphasis on providing excellent quality of care to join our growing practice. About Ultravision: Ultravision is a multi-specialty practice with 2 MD’s and 2 OD’s located in North San Antonio with other locations in North East San Antonio and Eagle Pass Texas. Fully equipped offices with experienced technicians, updated EMR system. Job Description: In this position the Ophthalmologist will have the opportunity to practice with the state of the art technology by working in partnership with Tomy Starck, M.D, P.A. and Mark Trevino, M.D. Dr. Starck is a board-certified ophthalmologist Cornea trained specializing in cataract, LASIK, corneal transplants, Intacs and other refractive procedures. Dr. Mark Trevino is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in Cataract, Blephoraplasty and general eye disease management. Ultravision provides all around general eye care and surgical procedures with a state of the art optical. We require a candidate with the desire to create long term relationships with his/her patient base and place an emphasis on practicing within the full scope of license. Ideal candidate is to be a Glaucoma fellowship trained to provide advanced glaucoma treatments, technology and procedures, as well as ocular disease management and to practice comprehensive ophthalmology. The Ophthalmologist will also be expected to promote Ultravision in the community, presenting to potential patients and developing strong relationships with referrals sources.
