Requirements: Must be Board Certified Practice Details: Practice Setting: Inpatient Coverage Type: Call Only, covering L&D and ER Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time Required: 30 minutes 80% Hands On Locums call is for both assigned and unassigned patients Average Call Numbers per 24 Hours Phone Consults: 10-15 per week Patients Seen: 3-5 per day Hours/Shifts: Starts at 8 on 07/19/17 and ends at 8 on 07/24/17 Starts at 8 on 07/26/17 and ends at 8 on 08/01/17 Rounding: Both assigned and unassigned patients Skills: Gynecological Skills Checklist: Diagnostic hysteroscopy Hysterectomy-abdominal Hysterectomy-vaginal Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy Salpinjectomy Obstetrical Skills: Complicated Delivery (multiple births, breech, mid forceps, C-section, C-section hysterectomy, VBAC) D&C for Incomplete Abortion D&C for Retained Placenta Diagnostic Laparoscopy Eclampsia Episiotomy and Repair FHR Interpretation (NST, CST, FSE) Operative Laparoscopy Pre-Eclampsia Resurrection of Infant (NRP) Routine Delivery (vaginal delivery, low forceps, decision making C-section) Provider will not be required to supervise other healthcare providers
