PHYSICIAN is responsible for direct patient care of patients . A written annual summary will be developed based on the following criteria: 1. Clinical practice of a neurology program. 2. Personal traits/attitude/perceptions. 3. Performance of principal duties and responsibilities set forth for outpatient care and inpatinet consults.
