A full-time position exists for a board-certified or board eligible Infectious Disease Physician. The selected candidate will join two other ID physicians and a Nurse Practitioner in a hospital-employed practice. The ID physician will be responsible for performing inpatient consultations, outpatient follow-up care and new referrals to the outpatient clinic. In addition, there is opportunity for consultations in our newer nursing home and rehab. Facility as well as rounding at LTAC. Community Care Network is part of the Community Healthcare System which is one medical provider organized across three hospital campuses.
