We are seeking outstanding clinician-educators to join our academic hospitalist group in the area of Medical Oncology. These positions will be 70-100% FTE at the assistant or associate professor level on the Clinical Scholar pathway. Key responsibilities include:_x000D_ • Providing attending inpatient care to oncology patients_x000D_ • Providing attending, consultative care and medical co-management to other hospitalized patients as needed_x000D_ • Participating in rapid response and code coverage for inpatients_x000D_ • Teaching, evaluating, and mentoring medical students and resident physicians_x000D_ • Participating in divisional and departmental efforts to improve patient safety, quality of care and/or medical education Qualifications include an MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, ACLS certification, a commitment to a career in academic hospital medicine, excellent communication skills, record of engagement in teaching and service, and US citizenship or permanent residency.
