Family Nurse Practitioner Needed for Extended Hours Clinic: Evenings 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Weekends (Saturday OR Sunday) from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Provides outpatient primary care health services, for patient. This includes an emphasis on health maintenance, patient education, the management of stable chronic illnesses, and care of minor acute illnesses. Requirements: Licensed by New Mexico Board of Nursing to practice, Board Certification in a primary care specialty, DEA and New Mexico Board of Pharmacy certification. Responsible for delivery of high quality direct primary care health services to patients served by LCDF within the scope of law & regulation. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. EOE.
