The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine and the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, is seeking a Pulmonary/Critical Care physician for a full-time position at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank. Appointment at the rank of Associate Professor requires a minimum of five years of continuing and productive service as an Assistant Professor, or the equivalent. The successful candidate should have an MD degree or equivalent and a satisfactory completion of a Medicine residency and Critical Care fellowship from an ACGME accredited program. Florida medical license eligible/required. Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine and Medical Critical Care Medicine is required. Candidate will be an active faculty member of the Pulmonary/ Critical Care and Sleep Medicine fellowship programs. Clinical experience with the newer techniques in medical critical care is desirable. Physician will also participate in clinical or basic research. Salary and benefits are negotiable and commensurate with experience.
