The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine is seeking a candidate as "Director of Critical Care Services, NYULMC.” This individual will have major institutional leadership role at NYU Langone Medical Center, overseeing the state-of-the-art Medical ICU's at Tisch Hospital and the new 350-bed Kimmel Pavilion. This individual will assume a significant leadership position at NYULMC, with responsibility for the direction and coordination of critical care services (Medical/Surgical/Neurologic), and promoting Critical Care basic and clinical research efforts at the NYU School of Medicine. Qualifications include: Board certified in Critical Care Medicine Established clinical educator and clinical researcher in the field of Critical Care Medicine Experienced in coordinating multi- and cross- disciplinary programs in Critical Care Innovator in development and implementation of novel protocols and technologies in the critical care setting Track record of obtaining grant funding from NIH, national/international organizations, independent foundations, and/or academic institutions to support research efforts in Critical Care Medicine Superb leadership and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-disciplinary interaction Applications should include: a CV, a statement of prior accomplishments, and the names of three references (to be contacted with your permission).
