CentraCare is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider to our growing Sleep Medicine Department in Willmar, MN! As a sleep advanced practice provider, you will work closely with our sleep medicine physician in the clinic. Sleep Medicine physicians prescribe therapies, including medications and medical device therapy such as CPAP for apnea. The APP will see patients for follow up visits after their initial consultation and after sleep studies have been interpreted by the sleep medicine physician. Schedule: • 0.6-0.8 FTE • Flexible weekday schedule: Clinic hours 8am-5pm. • No weekends, Holidays, or Call Requirements: To be eligible for this position you must meet the following requirements: • Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency. • Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant • Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota Position open to New Grads!
