About the Organization
Family Healthcare, located in Southwest Utah, operates three sites and serves 10,000 patients annually. The patient population is 50% uninsured, 78% living below federal poverty levels, and 43% Hispanic. Clinical services include a full range of primary care including prenatal care, urgent care, integrated behavioral health and is becoming accredited as a Patient Centered Medical Home.
Excellent compensation package including a 401-k with a 9% match, $2,500 in CME funds and five days, and four weeks of paid vacation plus holidays and sick leave. NHSC approved loan repayment sites; up to $35,000 annually for a 2 year minimum commitment.
Southwest Utah offers a beautiful setting with world-class recreational opportunities including hiking, biking, camping and climbing all within a 30 60 minute drive. Cultural activities include an orchestra, Tuacahn performing arts center and numerous galleries. Dixie State University is in St. George and Southern Utah University is in Cedar City, 45 miles north where one of our clinics is located.
