About the Organization
Zufall Health is the medical and dental home for the underserved with sites in north, west, and central New Jersey. As a fully licensed, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide high-quality, affordable, compassionate medical and dental care to patients in Morris, Sussex, Hunterdon, Warren, Somerset, Essex, and Middlesex counties.
At Zufall Health, we welcome patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, regardless of income or insurance status. We offer a broad range of primary care and support services delivered in the comfortable, healing environments of our eight offices as well as on the Highlands Health Van, our eco-friendly mobile medical unit. Recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) by the National Center for Quality Assurance (NCQA), Zufall is committed to working closely with patients to coordinate their care so they have direct access to all the services they need for optimum health and well being.
Health, Vision, Retirement, Loan Forgiveness, Employee Assistance Programs, Flexible Spending Account, Health Reimbursement accounts are offered to employees working regular schedule of 26 or more hours per week. 20 Paid Time Off Days offered to Full-time physicians. This is prorated for part-time physicians. Incentives are offered for meeting daily patient visit quotas.
About the Community
Medical Services are offered in 7 sites and 2 Mobile Health Vans. Sites are located in 7 NJ Counties. They include: Dover, Morristown, Hackettstown, Newton, Somerville, West Orange and Plainsboro.
Services are provided in rural areas of the northern and central part of NJ to primarily the uninsured and underinsured. Services are provided to adults, pediatrics, seniors, women's health, pharmacy counseling, cancer screening, HIV testing, podiatry, dental, and behavioral health and case management. Many outreach and support services are provided to HIV positive, pregnant women, victims of sexual assault, seasonal farm workers, veterans, etc.
Positions are available due to growth and expansion of the organization. There are 9 sites total for Medical, Dental and Wellness.
