About the Organization
Alta Vista Regional Hospital (AVRH) is a 54-bed community hospital with inpatient and outpatient care; medical and surgical services; and diagnostic and emergency care. We are accredited by the Joint Commission and serve nine Northeast New Mexico counties. Our Mission is to strive to provide the highest level of safe, quality and caring service, focused on meeting the healthcare needs and improving the health within the communities of Northeastern New Mexico.

Las Vegas is located in Northeastern New Mexico, nestled in the Southeastern Rocky Mountains, 1 hour East of Santa Fe, 2 hours Northeast of Albuquerque and 5 hours South of Denver, CO.
