About the Organization
Community Hospital in Grand Junction Colorado is a full-service, acute-care hospital. As part of the Colorado West Healthcare System, Community Hospital offers full outpatient diagnostic services and inpatient care for the Western Slope region of Colorado and eastern Utah. Our mission is to improve the health and quality of life for the individuals and communities we serve and strive to be the hospital of choice for the services we provide. Community Hospital has more than 600 employees, 100 volunteers, and more than 255 physician on our medical staff. Our hospital is both Joint Commission and American Osteopathic Association accredited. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized care and working closely with our medical providers to treat the whole person. This approach has resonated with our patients and we are growing to meet our communitys demand. In just one year, we have brought approximately 75 new jobs to the community and have partnered with several of the areas largest employers to bring high quality low cost heath care to their employees. We currently have a replacement hospital under construction which is scheduled to open in the spring of 2016. Community Hospital has a rich history and bright future in Western Colorado and we are looking for physician partners to join our growing team!

Our unique climate in combination with very fertile soil and the mineral rich Colorado river makes the area one of Colorados largest food producers including peaches, pears, cherries, and corn.
