For over 3 decades Physician Management has been committed to providing the highest quality scale able physician services to the hospital medicine sector. As a trusted consultant and physician provider, Physician Management has helped hospitals build, grow, staff and maintain successful hospital programs throughout Maryland, Virginia and New Jersey. Believing that high quality and efficient hospital programs come from committed and consistent physician staff and management, Dr. Joseph S. Fastow founded Physician Management in 1974 for the provision of house coverage programs in Maryland. Over the course of 30 years Physician Management has grown into a multi disciplinary physician service consultant and provider having operated, created, grown and staffed emergency medicine, pediatric, internal medicine, intensivist, hospitalist, wound care, chronic care and locums programs throughout the Mid Atlantic region. Physician Management is committed to playing an integral part in providing health care services by delivering quality and efficient patient care services to hospitals while offering a profitable and manageable career practice environment built around flexibility for contracting physicians. Hospital medicine is our passion. We strive to provide clinically superior services to our hospital clients and work with them to improve their capacity, efficiency and reliability. About the Community
Physician Management currently provides Hospitalist, Pediatric, Intensivist and Locum Tenens opportunities in regional hospitals throughout Maryland. We focus on successfully pairing physicians to inpatient programs and have opportunities in both acute and rehab facilities in the Baltimore area, southern Maryland and Laurel. We also act as a recruiter for other hospital systems throughout the state.
