About the Organization
River Region Health System is located in historic Vicksburg, Mississippi, which is conveniently located along 1-20 and overlooks the banks of the beautiful Mississippi River. Our centralized location allows our multi-campus system to provide quality healthcare to over 115,000 citizens in a 7-county service area that spans West Central Mississippi and Northeast Louisiana. The River Region Health System includes River Region Medical Center, a 372 bed hospital featuring a level II NICU, an inpatient behavioral health center, primary care offices, outpatient services and offers over 30 specialty areas and service lines including Open-Heart surgery.
