About the Organization
United Medical Centers (UMC), a TJC Accredited Community Health Center, provides primary health care services to patients in a bilingual, bicultural community. Our tri-county service area encompasses Maverick (Eagle Pass, TX), Val Verde (Del Rio, TX), and Kinney (Brackettville, TX) counties, and is located in Southwest Texas along the US/Mexico border. UMC maintains 8 service sites and offers Pediatric, OB/GYN, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Podiatry, and Dental Services. In addition, UMC offers in-house services such as Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology, Social Services, Family Planning, WIC, and HIV/AIDS testing and counseling.
